Hosting a Quiz Meet

Hosting a quiz meet is a very big job! However, every year hundreds of people are involved in getting quizzers safely from their home, through three days of quiz meet and then safely back home again.

We want to make the task of hosting a CMQ meet just a bit easier by providing some documentation on how to go about it. We are writing that documentation, but we also know that the people who've done this before must have made notes, either on paper or mentally.

We would love to get those notes. You can send them to our documentation group by attaching them to an email or by sending them by postal mail.

The areas we are working towards having some documentation on are:

• Food
• Billetting
• Social
• Crowd Management

The documentation group doesn't need them to be formatted and neat. They just need to be legible. We want as much input as possible. Many heads make all of us host better, safer, quiz meets. So send those notes by attaching them to an email or by sending them by postal mail.
