December Deadlines
Crown College Tournament Jan 10-13
Interested quizzers must have their coach contact Ernie Munchinsky- team coordinator by December 3.
Brandon Meet Feb 1-3
Coaches can now reserve in advance the number of bus seats they require for their teams by sending a cheque payable to Canadian Midwest Quizzing to our treasurer Angela Gabruch. The cost is $60 per person from either city with buses leaving Saskatoon (CDA parking lot) by noon and Regina (Living Hope parking lot) by 3pm.
Material Change
Quizzing material for the rescheduled Brandon Meet will now include the first chapter of Philippians as well as the books of Galatians and Ephesians. All quizzes will be 20 questions. CMQ committees require further discussion regarding the policy of forcing all B finalist teams up into the A division for this meet. As deliberation on new proposals continue we still strongly encourage the top quizzers of our B divisions to participate on teams registered in the A division. The current policy (see website about us) calculates an individual's district yearly average (also needed for Great West) on only A division quizzes. Please keep this in mind as you prepare for the Brandon meet.

Ist District Meet Change
An important date change has been made for all quizzing teams in The Cdn Midwest District. The meet originally scheduled for Jan 25-27 2008 has been moved to one weekend later Feb 1-3. It will take place at McDiarmid Alliance Church in Brandon Manitoba. Some bus reservations from Regina and Saskatoon will be available with early payment to CMQ of $60 per person.
